Had an absolutely epic session today. It was real windy, but we decided to take out our 5.3s as it was unbelievibly flat. It was like a speed canal had been set up, as the westerly winds came over the sand bank. We just spent the whole evening burning up and down and throwing in the carve jibes at the ends and doing it all over again. We really wished we had our GPS's as it was certainely the fastest we've ever gone.
Unfortunately, as Lewis was bringing his gear into the shed, he saw a big puncture in the bottom of his board. It was really annoying after such a sick day out. Will hopefully have a board for himself for the slalom series next weekend.
